At the end of your session, Roy will sit down with you one-on-one for image selection to help you narrow down the options for your best images.

Online proofing galleries are available, we do however recommend doing the in person selection process.

Each photo you decide to purchase is $450. You can purchase as many retouched photos as you like, which puts you in control of your final price. We will keep original files for upto 1 year, encase you decide to purchase additional images at a later date. Group Rate includes one retouched image per person.

After selections, we’ll retouch stray hairs, blemishes, and soften character lines. Let us know if you’d like us to address anything during the post-production process

After retouching is complete, we’ll send a link to download your retouched images. The link is active for 30 days, giving you time to forward the download link to your agency, HR Team, recruitment agency, public relations officer and anyone else who may need them.

You’ll receive two file sizes for each retouched photo:

Small – Optimized for use online.

Large – Full resolution perfect for printed media. You can downsize this image for use in just about any media.

We work with some of the top local makeup artists that will prepare you for your headshot session. Makeup for the session is not required but highly recommended. TThe makeup is applied specifically for the lighting we use to give you a very clean simple look. We do touch ups and will add subtle changes to the makeup as the shoot progresses. Once you book your session, we’ll send links for the amazing MUAs we work with. The studio will be available up to 30min prior to your session in order to get makeup started.

If your headshot is for business, then “Dress for Success”. If you don’t have to wear a suit & tie, for the jobs you’re after, stick to what makes you comfortable. Current headshot trends are to shoot horizontal and crop tight, concentrating on your expression, try avoid plunging necklines or strapless tops, these have a tendency to look like you in the buff. Love what you are wearing! If you don’t feel comfortable, it will show in the images.

Keep jewelry to a minimum, As the saying goes “Less is more”. If you wear glasses and have multiple pairs, then bring them along. If you are not sure if something will work, just bring it. If you feel your wardrobe is missing something, Treat yourself to some shopping indulgence.

Packing gear, traveling to, and setting up on location takes significant time. As a result we typically build a location fee into the price.

We ask that everyone come in with their hair ready the way you would like to present yourself. We want your hair in your pictures to be as close as possible to the way you look on a “good hair day”. The makeup artist will help make sure it’s shoot ready. Good idea to visit your favourite salon (allow enough time to get to the studio).
